I am expecting a DM/PPR in the next step.
In most cases, they don't request an updated PCC.

Hi All,

I got an email today asking for the Right of Permanent Residence fee. This is from the email:

Right of Permanent Residence Fee
Please advise your sponsor to pay this fee in Canada ($490 Cdn). This payment cannot be accepted in the UK. It must be paid in Canada in accordance with the instructions in the sponsorship kit. The receipt should be sent to CPC-Mississauga.

How do I send to CPC-Mississauga? I will be paying online tonight but the receipt should be emailed, physically mailed, faxed? Anyone else go through this?

Hi Muzmurad,

You actually don't need to physically mail it.
After you made the online payment, fill out the information on the receipt. Scan it (i prefer pdf).
In the FAQ link, that is in my signature you will find the email address for CPC Missisauga.
In the subject line put: *Urgent* RPRF Fee File# xxxxxxx
Give your explanation in the message body.
Copy and paste the original message you received from CHC London.
Attach your completed receipt.

Reply back to your email for CHC London and do the same.

Other people have sent email, without problem.

Ideally, you would want to pay upfront to avoid delays (i.e. processing payment, having visa officer to re-visit your file)

What is PPR AND COPR?

PPR - Passport Request
A request for an applicant's passport to be submitted to the Islamabad Visa Office via the closest Visa Application Center (VAC) for visa stamping.

COPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence
A separate document that is returned with your stamped passport. This document will eventually be replaced by your PR card after you land in Canada.

Hi,

I couriered Spouse sponsorship application on august 2nd
On August 5 th applied for temporary resident visa to see my spouse and i got visa.

Now the question is ...

For TRV they gave me UCI number, once my spouse sponsorship application reaches to visa office they will create one more UCI number right ??

do i need to inform my existing UCI number to visa office where my sponsorship application processing ?? or Spouse sponsorship UCI number will not effect to visitor visa UCI ??

Yes, its the same email as smily_s.

As you are aware, visa validity is determined by medical validity, and for this application your medical results will expire on [blank date].

As a one-off procedure, in order for our medical officer to potentially reassess the current medical results and determine whether an extension of your medical validity is possible, please provide the following:

- countries visited/country of residence since the date of your original medical, including details of all/any business trips, holidays/vacations or stopovers of any duration.

- details of any illnesses, however minor or temporary, since the date of your original medical.

If the medical officer determines that an extension of your medical validity is not possible, repeat medical instructions will be sent.

I believe an individual's Unique Client Identifier does not change. Even if they are applying for a TRV.

UCI would remain the same, would never ever change. You don't even have to inform them. Once they enter your info into the system for spousal sponsorship they will automatically know about it.

I think the best option would be if you email vfs global at one of the following address below and ask:
Info.canadaisb @ gerrys.com.pk for Islamabad,
Info.canadalhe @ gerrys.com.pk for Lahore
Info.canadakhi @ gerrys.com.pk for Karachi

I believe if you have written consent available for someone who takes care of your children in your absence they should also be able to collect passports in your absence provided if you can authorize them to collect it with notarized letter.
