How are you all?

I have a question please any1 guide me:

We have already submitted original urdu nikah nama and its translation but receieved an e-mail in which we are again instructed to mail orignal urdu nikkah nama and its english translation.

What should we do ,I have one orignal nikah nama as you there are three copies orignally?one for bride aone for groom and one for record in union council. we have sent one of ours and the other one is still with me.

If I email them to tell that I have already submitted the orignal one then how long they will take to reply?

The documents I sent were:

1. Original Urdu Nikkah Nama
2. Notarized English translation of the above .
3. Original Marriage certificate issued from Nadra.
4. Original FRC (Family Registration Certificate) also issued from Nadra.

I think these are all what they need.

I am a august 19 -2013 Spouse Applicant ...

My Medical was sent along with the application to cic on 15 jun 2013 .

my E case status is still (Application received ) and under the application written is

1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 19, 2013.

2.Medical results have been received.

Need help,, CIC ask to my cousin for remedical.. she send a mail to IOM at canmedpk @ iom.int 1 day ago but they didn't reply about the appointment.. so tell me how much time they took to reply back..

Hi all,

I just found this thread. I am the owner of the spreadsheet that tracks processing time for applications filed via London.

Since the transfer of files from Islamabad to London, we have started keeping track of applications that have been transferred directly from Mississauga to London.

If you are one of these people (where the application went directly from Mississauga to London, not via Islamabad) then it would be fantastic if I could add your info to the spreadsheet. THe more info the better and helps inform everyone about expected processing timelines.

If you can please post here or PM me the following, that would be fantastic:
-Date application received in Mississauga
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Date of sponsor approval
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email)
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!

If anyone wants to be added, then send all of the above, and then I'll add you. (The spreadsheet is locked, you cannot add yourself.) When I say dates, I mean the actual date, not just the month.

I was wondering when you're requesting notes, and the form asks who you're requesting information for, is that your spouse? or yourself? And when it asks for a file type, would i select "immigration file: permanent residence" or would i select sponsorship file. I know it seems really obvious but when i select sponsorship file, it says, "If you select Sponsorship File, you will receive the sponsor's information. If you would like the sponsored person's information, select Immigration file: permanent residence." And for file number, is that my application number? Because I couldnt find a file number anywhere on the email that CIC sent me.

So sorry, just one last question, when it asks for supporting documents, what documents should I provide?

and then fill your spouse name file no. etc.

Attach consent form and your PR Card scan copy and scan copy of your spouse.

pay the 5$ fee


Exactly after 30 days you will get CAIPS notes in your email:

Put yourself in your VO's place and then review your application with his mind, you will get the answer.
The evidences must be Specific, Complete, Self Spoken, Precised, Communicating, Clear, Concise and Correct. Do not gather irrelevant proofs just for the sake of profs but for the sake of your case processing. If you are requested to send proofs your application already has loopholes and red flags into that; work on them. This time be very much careful and attentive. Try adding pics, events, receipts, bank accounts. joint bank account letter (If you do not have, have one), phone calls records, emails, letters, messages(whatsapp, FB, Viber etc), chats.
All above must SHOW the clear dates on the headers, if you have pics of both of you with some friends and family; do add them and write the names and relationship to those people and their contact numbers at back of the snaps.
Wish you all the best
