No update so far. I guess we will get an update sometime later in the week. There's a few other people I know through this forum and Facebook page. They submitted on Monday, October 5th as well and haven't heard anything other than on Thursday "received by IRCC" update.

Hi, I received an email yesterday saying that the decision envelope has been received and dispatched to vac. Did you receive the same email? I have flight booked for Monday. Hopefully i get my passport today. please share

Half of October have now been passed but we didn't witness any pace in processing of spousal applications, specially for Pakistanis. The announcement of Minister of Immigration regarding speeding up the process is turning out to be a lollipop for all of us.

I am in 15th Month of Process, LVO sent me the AoR2 after 7 months from the date of file transfer. My file was transferred on January 13th and I got the AoR2 on July 20th. Now almost 3 months have been passed since the receipt of AoR2 and i didn't get anything from the LVO. I don't know how long I would have to wait further. Only the Almighty Allah can help us otherwise the things are not moving as we expected.

All our Indian brothers and sisters are getting their files transferred to Ottawa, Canada while Pakistanis are still being sent to LVO. Is LVO a slow and scary place?

Hi, yes same. They called to pick it up today; however my husband doesn't live in Lahore so he is picking it up on Monday IA.
