Not to discourage you in any way but May seems too close and you will probably be asked for a re-medical soon. To my understanding, the one time entry visa you get once approved is valid till your medical or passport expires whichever falls first.

Others in the group can correct, if my understanding is wrong.

I got preaarival on 7th of march and status changed to decision made on ecas on 18th of march after that there is complete silence

I think they ain’t working ... I mean even if they did all vfs are closed around the world no flights my husband even though got his visa stamped is stuck there ... so since u got dm u will get ppr for sure

There is no exact time for that it varies differently for all applications .
