I have a question regarding the deadline of visa
It says if we r unable to travel due to the situation we should webform them 90
Days prior to the due date
But we got out visa on March 20 since then India is in lockdown until April 15 we still have hope
To catch a flight since our visa expiry is May 12/2020
In this situation what is a good suggestion?

Sorry for late reply.
The best and genuine procedure is, to send them an email, explained all situation.

This travel ban is pretty genuine, most countries have implemented it.
CIC will also aware of it.
Just to safe side, please must notify them, and at same time, keep trying to travel.

I don’t wanna email them now what if they cancelled the visa... don’t wanna take the risk as well. We actually wanted to wait until May 12 and figure out a day to travel whenever possible but still kind of unsure waited for this day since an year now

It's fine, if you don wanna send them an email but it was personal advise to let them know, keep it everything on record.
Yes it would also be better, to wait until the due date or just a day or 2 days before due date, please must let them notify the problem.
Your case history and mine is pretty much same.
CIC has requested to send them some clarification, which I did within time frame.
It's been more than a month since then no movement yet.
In their last email, it was clearly mentioned that please clear these concerns and I will issue a visa.
Let's see what Allah has decided.

Oh Okay, Pre Arrival is already been confirmed way before, there is question about it from CIC.

The problem is, during processing time, after sending my application to CIC, I stayed in Pakistan for 6 months.
Application sent in March 2019
They confirmed that received by March 19, 2019
July 2019 Biometric done.
November 22, 2019, File transferred to LVO
November 28, status, confirmed that Processing Started on Application.
January 22, 2020 Received an email from LVO to clarify these below concerns
Whether you really settled in Canada or not?
They have requested to send them proof about it in 30 days.
I have sent them all proof, like my T4 Tax Return and too many other docs with 30 days. ( on Feb 17th 2020 )
Since then waiting to hear back from them.

That's it.

When I sent email I asked that I have received DM a week ago but I still have not received Passport Request, Also asked whether the DM is acceptance or rejection.

74 days have been passed since the file moved to the LVO, but no AoR2 uptil now. It seems like, the wait is not gonna be over soon. Totally fed up with process and pace of the LVO.
