I wanna ask one thing LVO required my police clearance i have send them through DHL but they didn't respond anything that they received it or not they didn't update any thing..
Is it usual !

I am jan 25 applixant. Aor 2 oct 3rd. Additional documents request dec 10. Provided the documents dec 13. Pin drop silence since and status still says in progress.

In my case they asked me to upload police certificate online. They never confirmed receipt and my online status still shows action required. I sent a webform inquiry late dec (Or maybe early jan) and they replied that they have received it, but the status was never updated in my account.
