Dear friend, i have done my interview in March / Islamabad but still its not updated yet in my account, does this normal, is it take that much time to get update, need advise and your opinions

Hello, please someone guide me.
we got the request for additional documents and 30th June is the last date for submission. We have hired lawyer, emailed him all detail info on 15th June and today he said he will email Lvo... after several fone calls n email etc and later today got email for more money for his effort and hard work etc nonsense as if we have done each n every working but he knows our situation.
Till now dont knw if he emailed or not.

My question is if any1 can tell if we can submit or email directly to lvo? N how and will lvo raise question why did not our representative sent etc?

First you need to remove your lawyer as your representative and then email lvo directly apply for extension of deadline and explain your whole situation to them. Once you get an extension and remove your representative you can send the documents yourself. Don't worry they dont care if you send the documents yourself. I know this because I have been through this situation. I had to remove my lawyer and then submitted response to PFL myself and it wasn't an issue for LVO at all.

Thank you for your reply. Yes i will do that and go to MP too because this is so frustrating how the lawyer demands more money, besides giving upfront whole payment, and this ongoing long process is itself so disturbing. Well, Thank you so much.

I am in the same boat...my application was receive Dec 11 2018...and no update since March! my husband is waiting in Pakistan...anyone know if islamabad is still processing visas? or do they automatically get transferred to London Visa office? anyone know why they haven't done any updates since march? this is sooo frustrating

Islamabad doesnt process visas..its sydney, nova scotia inside canada that does msost of the processing now n then files goes to london visa office..file transfers r taking long these days i noticed 7 months recently

files are still being transferred to London office?

so after the files gets transferred, what happens next? anyone know how long it takes..im still waiting for some movement to happen..we have a newborn baby and my husband is missing out on it. he passed the medical in march, and already completed biometrics-its so frustrating .

Stay positive i see its almost with everyone its super late and slow if you compare with other countries ...
