Why you apply after 2.5 years was that merrige in the court or hidden from family members ??and who is sponsored person salman you or wife?mine is also only nikah no rukhsati but i have proofs of contct with and my husband lives in pakistan i live in can

All the process is so stressful like your future is on risk you can't plan anything. it is a time waiting game. This group is really helpful and i really appreciate all the members when they are helping each other.
I will pray for all who is waiting that MAY ALLAH MAKES IT EASY FOR EVERYONE UNITE WITH FAMILIES AND ALL GET THE POSITIVE RESULT ON RIGHT TIME.

You will get ppr once your background checks are done. It can take from anywhere from a day to an year. Hopefully your get done soon.
Background check is in process since last year!
I gave them police certificate again when i had my interview.

Yes I know all we can do is just wait, my background checks are still going on since May 2018 . I contacted my mp and he told me there is no update in my case and the next bring forward date is 6 May 2019.
