Lazy monkey I'm in the same boat as you. My decision was made on May 20th and still nothing. So frustrating. I don't understand why they can't just ask for the passport already.

nothing. No update. IN PROCESS since 27th jan 2015 and lvo doesnt bother replying

How many times does vfs change the pp status? And how many days do they take? Been 10 days (including weekends) no signs of pp yet....

Document Checklist - Sponsor on page 2, # 20, it says..

If you are a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada, you must include proof that you intend to live in
Canada with your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner and/or dependent children once the become
permanent residents of Canada. See Who can sponsor? in your guide for additional information.


Guide - 3900 page # 7
If you are a Canadian citizen, you may sponsor a spouse, a common-law partner or conjugal
partner, or a dependent child who has no children of his or her own. However, you must
demonstrate that you will live in Canada when the sponsored person becomes a permanent
resident.


I don't find any information regarding what documents to provide to the CIC. My situation is as under:

Citizen since 2008, Married in 2011, my wife gave birth to our Son in December 2012, Son is a Citizen.. we got proof of citizenship Certificate and His Limited passport..

I have running bank account in Canada, have line-of-Credit, Credit Cards.. but I don't have any address because I was living in sharing accommodations.. I am Disable since 2005, got ODSP approved in 2007.. I don't have much friends, at least I have no one who can give me a letter that I will be coming back living in Canada once I get my wife's visa, and my wife is not allowing me to leave without hers.. she just can't. Now you guys tell me what documents should I submit with my application for "intend to live in Canada once my wife become permanent resident"

I left Canada in 2010, because of my mother was seriously sick and she died in 2011 due to Cancer, my father died in 2013.

Note: I am to pay my fees from my credit card by easy-web.. ( I have TD bank account).

little curious about my application. I have received an acknowledgment stating that my spouse application is transferred to LVO.
Once I checked the online status, All it says "application received". Should I be wondering, have my application really transferred or not?? is there any way I check?
I have received this acknowledgment back in Oct 2014, after that no correspondence, nth at all.

Also medical about to expire in a month.

my re-medical was done on may 7 2015. everybody receive their remedicals from dehli but mine was from LVO.
After 1 month my status still shows application received. please help me out.

Processing time for spouse application just updated on CIC website.
New official time for LVO 12 months
For Pakistan 71 Mnths!!!
Let's hope to reunite soon, inshallah.

where is this info coming from CiC website is Uk 28 and Pak 40..
