I need a help ... i am new on this forum.

Recently i have received medical request from immigration.

As per my agent we have to update our file. problem is the time we applied i was studying and had all the relevant document , but now as per our agent we have to show that i am a full time student and a dependent.

Currently i an not studying and have no such documents , is there any options , or what is the file update procedures when you receive a medical.

All your help will be highly appreciated , as we have only 30 days.

What is your status on ecas?

It says Application Received and then Medical results Received. I got the RPRF request along with the medical. Im done with both.

Yeah but anyone can write word document by themselves. Coz u can edit ur chat in word. That's y... I don't know if they create any issue of that. ???

I submitted 20 pages of whatsApp chats with using full page height and minimal line spacing and font size of 9. Good luck to anyone writing that by hand . Also copy it with recipient name and time stamp. That is enough to serve it as a proof. I had that doubt too but it was removed after I read somewhere that it is legit if timestamp is included.

I was advised by our MP that my application for Spousal immigration has been refused by Immigration Canada on 22nd May 2015.
Any Idea how much time it will take to receive the Refusal letter? Please help

Have you checked your ecas ? It should say DM in case of refusal.

Yes it shows, A decision has been made on XXXXXX application. The office will contact XXXXXX concerning this decision.

Different for each case. avg 1-3/4 months
