I don't get it why they call rukhsati and nikhah done at home untraditional. I did the same thing rukhsati and nikhah at home but reception at hotel. It was easy for us to handle 600 guests at hotel.
@ Anne will you please advise me what could be better explanation for rukhsati and nikhah at home
Any senior member please advise

mine is the same case. Nikah happened in the afternoon at her house and then Rukhsaati happened same night. Not too many people were invited in our Nikah just few very close relatives of ours and she was in her simple Mehndi dress and not too many pics were taken but we have pics of Signing Nikah Nama etc. Lets see what they think about our case

Spousal sponsorship is never rejected without interview. It's a positive decision for sure. Congrats. Happy for you

If Spousal sponsorship never got refused without interview then what's the purpose of PFL? Why people get so scared when they received PFL? What i have read here is that PFL is the last chance from VO to prove the genuity of your marriage and if VO is still not satisfied he/she can refusedthe application without calling for an interview?

Thank you so much. I sincerely wish that CIC cuts this processing to half the time. Kehnay ko its only 9.5 months for us, but bahot mushkil time hai yeh, separation, time difference, upar se interview, rejection, pfl har cheez ka dar! Hang in there, if your marriage is genuine it wont be hard to prove it to anyone, CIC ki to aisi ki ...!

So that's means God Forbid, if someone got the PFL, doesn't mean if VO not satisfied with the PFL explanation then his next step would be to call PA for an interview? rather rejecting the whole application.?

yes i believe they shouldn;t be rejecting the Spousal immigration based on their PFL. they should at least give a chance for an interview if their doubts are so high so both husband and wife can come for their interview and justify the genuinity of their marriage. It's someone life. During interview they can find what is the body language of the applicant or they can asks any questions they want. then decide
