I just received FED ex from Mississuaga that third party shipment lost my entire application kit and its not received by London office ....so I have to submiit again all my documents,,,,,Does this happened to any one else in this forum or i m the first case ??

so no one's BGC started yet who applied after Jan/17 .. i am may applicant and file got transferred by the end of July .. and no communication yet ..

Check the Background check date column in 2017 spreadsheet. It has started for a few.

Guys,

I have recieved my COPR and intend to land in January, insha Allah.
I plan on getting married before landing. My spouse has sufficient CRS to fetch direct ITA, and I look forward to add her in EE pool.
My question is:

1- Based on above scenairio, should I change her name in CNIC, and passport, and get husband's name added?
If yes, all her PCC and reference letters and degree have her name with father's name in it and not husband's, how would I support this change?

And, would having a spouse in Canada, give any extra points, if we are not going the spousal sponsorship pathway?

No need to change the name as she applying thru EE and not Spousal sponsorship.

As for the second question, you are better off posting in the EE forum. I think there are points for siblings, no points for spouses as they have a different stream for spouses altogether.

On ECAS "Decision made" is showing from last 7 days but there is no decision mentioned, haven't received any email about decision. When I call to find the status over the phone. It says that decision has not made yet. Does any one has any idea that whats going on?

Can u please provide the date when ECAS turned to DM on PA side, so we can update the spreadsheet?

HELLO EVERY ONE i apply in november for my wife today i receive email from lvo (need communication proof passport stamp to vist pakistan and financial support proof after submission file ) 45 day limit for submission every thing ) my question is its last satge or not if not how it long thanksss

Hi, No it is not last stage. They have asked you for communication proof etc so they are still reviewing "eligibility". After Eligibility is passed, criminality, security and maybe re-medical stage will come. Can u please share your timeline in below format so we can add you to the spreadsheet:

I don't know how long it will take to get the mail.

My application was received by Mississauga office on 25th august 2017, now how do I know the status on that. I have seen some people mentioning they can login to system and see it was received. How do I know login details? Would they send me email or i should call them and get user/pass ?

They will send you an email 3-5 weeks after receiving your application, to let you know that they got it. After that, they will send an email letting you know how to link your application (if you aren't using a representative).
