How can I send GCMS/LVO

How to apply GCMS / ATIP notes.
Only a person who is in Canada can request the notes.

If principal applicant is in Canada, he/she can request for himself and apply for free under Privacy Act.

If sponsor is requesting it on behalf of Principal applicant, you need consent form from PA and $5 fee. You can receive consent form from spouse thru email and upload it. Apply under Access to Information Act.

It takes about 30 days to receive by email. It is a ~30 pages document

Is Nadra divorce certificate alone is enough? I don't have union council divorce notices or anything. I asked local union council in Pakistan and they told me they don't keep the old records & my divorce was in 2012.

Any suggestion what to do now????

They usually replied to email inquiries within given time period. I got my reply in 25 days.

I sent an inquiry about over a week ago and it did say "inquiry sent successfully" on the website. No reply yet. Just wondering. Thanks.

If you're talking about LVO, they send an automated confirmation message in reply to your email sent to LDNIMMIGRATION@International.gc.ca

Case Specific Inquiries sent via LVO's webform dont get such confirmation emails in return. But sometimes/in some cases, they do respond rather sooner than the mentioned 28 days time.. in my case they came back to me in 4-5 days when i raised a case specific inquiry using LVO's web form

My question is that I was overstayed in italy and Spain for about 4 years and unable to legalize there didi I have to mention this overstay period in my travel history and it is going to affect my case or dont???
