So done with sending voluntary documents delivered on Tuesday. (found out through tracking) Following the footsteps of some senior advisers here, I hope it helps. I am thinking to order my notes next to find out where exactly my file stands. it's been 6 months since I filled my case, is it a good time to order notes? plus I need some guidance on how to fill consent form. I mean does it need to be filled and signed by PA, scanning it and sending to sponsor so he could fill, sign and attach with the online application. Is it okay?

Update please and one important question,

Alhaamdolillah PPR received today.

My wife has to send passport to Islamabad high commission.
Is it important to send through Visa office in Lahore or she can send herself through courrier service from Bahwalpur.
It will be difficult to go to lahore, submit the documents then come back rather sending through TCS directly.

If she can send directly then what is the address? i have P O Box 1042 addrss ( is it ok).

Hi, yes some november applicants are getting doc req etc so you should hear soon, max by end of june
It took some 20 days after the post was delivered to LVO to include the voluntary docs into my case file.

Regarding notes:
Section A: filled by applicant, signed & dated.
Section B: left blank
Section C:sponsor details...(can be entered by applicant, no sign required)
Section D: left blank.

Applicant should fill, sign, scan and email sponsor. sponsor must order notes.

Hello, im a november applicant. Last week i got a remedical request and i did my remedical on 23rd may in islamabad. Today i got another request letter which states as follow:

Marriage certificate: copy of urdu nikah nama and english translation

Medical: complete or provide proof of completion .

Note All documents must be with english translations.

Please return this letter with requested documents.


Please let me know how do i submit do i have to post them by mail or upload it online. My portal have an option of uploading these. I already submitted nikah nama last year with original english version of nikah nama from nadra.

U need to upload the stuff online if they have givn u the option. Also email them the same qouting ur file number and the date u got the doc request.
Send them the nikkah nama which u signed and an english version of it.. not the nadra certificate.

Woohoo!! LVO is back with PPRs and DMs
Congratulations to everybody getting PPRs. Those who are waiting, rest assured that ur time will come soon too IA. It is normal to feel anxious about it but my advise after being on this forum since a while and looking at LVO trends is that please WAIT till u cross 8-9 month mark on ur files before worrying about no correspondence from LVO. LVO doesnot seem to be working in a queue. Some late oct applicants might hear back soon while others dont. An Oct applicant got ppr before i did (im a early sept applicant) and i know how frustrating it is but trust me hang in there till u cross 8-9 month mark. Most of u will hear back from lvo by this time IA
I see lots of queries about notes. Order them on 7th month mark to see where ur file is. Donot pin too many hopes on it though. Keep an eye out for due date od ur eligibility when u recieve them. That is imp.
I also see some people feeling skeptical about sending voluntary visit proofs. This stuff worked very very well for me, mm345 and the 24 oct applicant who got ppr today. If u have them my sincere advise is to send them over. They will not hurt ur file. I have not seen any case getting into trouble for sending visit proof voluntarily....so far... Oh for the address and email pls consult the spreadsheet.

I have few questions . I have to submit passport at VFS Lahore Office .

In PPR , they also mentioned to submit two pics . I was wandering that do VFS office has their Photograph facility at their lahore office ?.
Once I will submit my passport then VFS will give me a receipt with tracking number ? Once my passport will be back . How VFS will inform me ? Do i need to go back to their office to pick the passport ? .
