Its been a month since i send additional documents and medical expired on 10th may
I am worried what should i do now?
Mycic shows eligibility under review

I have received PPR and still mycic shows "eligibility under review" so dont worry about that.
Send an email to lvo and ask them to confirm that the docs you sent, have been added to your case file. Also tell them that your upfront med is expired, and whether they are extending your medical as you have not received re-med request yet.
You can also ask for latest status of your file.
These days LVO replies quickly to email queries. I got reply from 2 days (said file is in queue for review) and ppr 12 days after i asked for status.

and My CIC is already showing the travel document being issued.
as I didn't courier the PP from where I will get it back any ideas?

Can I ask how is the PPR requested? I mean does the LVO send an email, and is it sent to the applicant or the sponsor? Because I rely on mycic, and if they are not updated, where do i get the notification?

- Also my sponsor approval was Sep 1.

- Another question or observation, are applications for husbands taking extra time in comparison to wife applications?

I see that you were requested PP at the time of interview. You can send an email to lvo or CHC-islamabad.

DM showed up on the 18th May didn't get any PPR as PP was already taken during Interview.
and the My CIC also showing visa document no etc.
I don't know how I will be getting the PP back know.

If you have a representative, they will get the PPR (via email or mycic account).
If you don't have a representative and no mycic account, the principal applicant will get ppr via email.
If sponsor or mycic have created a mycic account, and linked their application, they will get ppr letter via a new message in their mycic account. the person who has created the mycic account (sponsor or applicant) will get an email notification from mycic "you have a new message in your account".

are you getting any tracking email. maybe VFS will get your PP back.
contact CHC-ISB & also VFS helpline.
They might have any idea.

Yup. Lawyers tend to "forget" checking/forwarding emails to clients.
