I completely agree, it's so frustrating to not hear anything at all! Last two weeks there was basically no news.

I really hope the 13 month timeline is not a real thing, I hope they pick up their pace soon!

Hi,

You can take what ever you like. It is not mandatory to take direct flights. But try to avoid taking connections where you are required to take transit visa.

Happened to me too...
Solution: Dont use UCI to link your application, Use any alternate option

guys jst wanted to knw if someone is doing landing first time do they have to take direct flight or can they make stops?

If you can afford direct flights is good but there is no problem taking flight with one or two stop over.
just fix with your airline. My choice "Emirates"

if you have a representative(lawyer/agent) that is dealing on your behalf that you wont be able to link the application.

Who got the additional document request in your case...the applicant or that person?

Yes I am not recieving the additional doc request it's the representative. So it means my application needs to be linked by him?

Also any updates for the August applicants??
What are the main causes in a case that lead to an interview? Like not visiting pak and applying late foe the sponsorship? These days I am having alot of neg thoughts

you are not the only applicant from aug who hasnot heard back from LVO recently so its nothing to worry about i think. LVO is being horribly slow this year so there is no reason to worry.

Ppl who end up getting interviewed almost always get one chance to submit a written explanation or provide more proofs incase the visa officer has any reservations about their file. If u havenot received any mail chances are that the visa officer is not working on ur file at all to be honest at the moment.

Order ur GCMS notes to help u bring ur mind at ease.

Check the last few pages of ur notes.. it should contain text and sentences about the VO comments on ur file. Read those carefully to know if visa officers have any concerns about ur stuff.

Read everything carefully. the statuses are in the assessment section and visa officer notes are at the end. you might have to read it several times.

Yes, in this case your rep will have to create a gckey account, link your app and let u know the statuses.

Please see the spreadsheet, very few aug app have heard from lvo.

VO may call for interview whenever they doubt the genuiness of a relationship.

Mycic status shoes eligibility in progress. But in gcms notes it is clearly written in eligibility ROCOMMENDED PASSED. And eligibility deadline is 6th april 2017.
Security and criminality deadline is 22nd aug 2017

In notes it is clearly written that the relationship is genuine.the communication proofs provided are enough to asses relationship. They both are matching partner and university level graduated.

Mycic status shoes eligibility in progress. But in gcms notes it is clearly written in eligibility ROCOMMENDED PASSED. And eligibility deadline is 6th april 2017.
Security and criminality deadline is 22nd aug 2017

In notes it is clearly written that the relationship is genuine.the communication proofs provided are enough to asses relationship. They both are matching partner and university level graduated.

Your notes sound good, when was the last time the comments were updated, before or after you sent you add docs.

Is your add docs stuff included in the "incoming communication"
