Hi Friends,

Alhumdulillah, received passport with visa and COPR on 7-Feb-2017.

It was a long journey approx. 34.5 months but at the end got the desired results by the grace of Allah .

I'm planning to book tickets within this week from Karachi to Vancouver, BC for 6-7 March 2017. Any suggestions from anyone?

Is there anyone who is planning to move Canada in the month of March-2017?

Any tips from anyone for this new journey in Canada? Your tips will be really helpful for new in the new world .

I july 2016 Applicant, my wife submitted spouse sponsorship case in Canada, She is permanent resident of Canada...
We are asked for additional documents on 31st January 2017 with deadline of 8th March 2017..

Can some one guide me how much more time is expected in my case ?

Since your medical expires in May, VO should give you visa before the expiry date if they are satisfied with the docs you submitted.

Dont worry, be patient. IA you will receive good news.

I was just looking at the FAQs about GCMS notes. It says we have to e-mail the form (IMM5744), my question is do I have to e-mail them (me being the PA) or does my husband send them the e-mail? Also, while submitting the request there was an option to attach a document so my husband already attached a soft copy of IMM5744, do we still need to send the e-mail?

I came across a thread which stated that we can order our full application which the VO scans into the system to check whether all the stuff we sent has been recieved. Has anyone done that before? im assuming its something similar to the package our fellow forum member raor received a few days back...

Let me know if anyone has had any experience with this cause im seriously worried about the possibility of having my docs misplaced or lost and then ending up in interview queue God forbid :/
