I am not discouraging anyone. He has asked for an input on TRV and I am only stating what I know from countless people here that have applied and there outcome. Rest everyone can do as they please. :canvis2006 said:Why are you discouraging people unnecessarily? Please stop guessing about their internal rules. Lots of people get TRV. Lots of people don't.
Obtaining a TRV requires filing documents that support the TRV. Usually a pretty big account balance helps, and correctly filled forms go a long way.
Most of pakistani applicants fail to obtain TV because of mistakes in visa application.
Dual-intent is allowed by IRPA. Just gotta be smart about it all. Our people simply can't even fill simple forms so what do ya expect.

Do note once you link your application to MYCIC. You or your spouse will no longer receive correspondence through email. All correspondence will be received in your MYCIC account. . So you will have to check it regularly.F-Ray said:i tried many times to link my application with my account in MYCIC every time it can't find my application so i gave-up.

Continue to GCKey. After you create your account, link your PR application to the account. (If you do not have a representative (lawyer), you will be able to link your application to your account)
1. Log in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application (Assuming 1 PA, 1 Sponsor, 0 dependents)
In case of any query, feel free to ask.
