Hi ,
I'm a MAY applicant, sent additional documents on 5th December in response to their 16 November additional documents request. How I can make sure that my documents v bn received by visa officer?
Secondly, any may applicant who have sent their documents and any response from cic?

Did yu send the docs by courier? If yes, you can check the delivery info & see who received the courier.
I think Mycic will also be updated, status of documents will be shown as provided.
You can also send a case specific inquiry to confirm that they have received the documents, or not.

Hey guys landed safely in canada.its soooo cold here bdw..the immigration process was clear and easy and i was worried as what is going to happen at the airport but everything was fine they just asked about my husband and my address in canada and told me some imp things..good luck to everyone here esp to my nov dec fellows..will remember evryone in my prayers.

What is MYCIC? I don't know how to check latest updates, n how to upload documents and where to upload. I don't have any account, u guys often talk abt it. My parcel received by' EMANUAL' by TCS. I often check my update by putting my case number starts with f000... On cic website. I asked my spouse to link the application to online account ,she tried once n couldn't do it so she left. I asked her to retry she said forget it u ll receive ur update by email( didnt take it seriously) , iss se pahle k wo wahan se phenke r mujhe yahan akar lage,maine zyada nahi koshish ki,. Hehehehe.

Mycic is a personal account on cic website. Go to the following address:

Continue to GCKey. After you create your account, link your PR application to the account. (If you do not have a representative (lawyer), you will be able to link your application to your account)


1. Log in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name.
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application (Assuming 1 PA, 1 Sponsor, 0 dependents)
