Yes, See Spreadsheet,
Even November applicants have received Sponsorship Approval which means Sponsor Application Status will be DM.

No, i mean decision made written on ecas, i got sponsor approval on 20 Oct but on ecas still showing in progress on sponsor side.

That is unusual. You can send a case specific enquiry to CIC regarding this.
I don't think it really matters as you have the Sponsorship Letter which states that sponsor is approved and file is transferred to London for further processing (Principal Applicant side)

it doesnot matter, u got Sposnsor approval...................chapter closed on Sponsor side. No need to send CSQ.
