Re-med done on 15 nov but they asked me to go for sputum test which completed in next three days ( 18 nov).

Your chest x-ray is not clrear, to rule out TB they are doing sputum check

I know , as i was having soarthroat ,cough n fever that time and consequently my x ray report wasn't clear but now Alhamdulillah everything is fine according to results .just waiting to see the status of passed at my cic too .

Did you get only PCC request as additional doc?

I submitted original FBI clearance with file. Bt most of our original doc r missing according to our notes as i got additional request for FBI pc as well. I requested another one which took three months n sent them again. I m nt sure this time too they gonna recieve or it will b misplaced somewhere. LVO sucks

i'm guessing the missing FBI cert probably wasn't the reason they were delaying your case. order your notes ASAP and try to find out why they're requesting an interview.

What are their concerns? Is it just your travel history? Since you are at the 12 month mark and past normal processing times, u should consider sending voluntary proofs. At least updated communication to show u are still communicating with your spouse. Visit proof is best.

Alhamdulillah my sponsorship approval was sent quite quickly. Does anyone have an idea of how long the London Visa Office has been taking to review cases over the last few months? I have heard many people saying that it's much quicker now but want to get a concrete idea.

Also - The original applications required an Urdu copy of the nikah nama with the union council's seal. I do not have an Urdu copy of my Nikah nama, as it was only completed in English. Therefore, I just sent copies of the English nikah nama with the seal. Do you think there will be any issues with that?

Somehow try to get Urdu nikkah nama and send right away. Look at the spreadsheet. Everyone who had an issue with Urdu nikkah nama got their case stuck or interview queue. It seems to be the main document proof to satisfy their requirement for legal marriage in Pakistan.

yes, i did.

1. birthday cards
2. western union receipts
3. skype logs
4. chat logs

i voluntarily sent all of the above about 2-3 months before visiting my wife in pakistan, so proof of visit was not included. the officer did note that according to the evidence i had submitted thus far, it seemed as if i hadn't visited my wife since filing the application. however they didn't ask for proof of visit because the proof they had on hand (voluntary + whatever i submitted originally) was sufficient.

Respectfully bro your case was straight forward and a normal case so IMHO sending that stuff probably added to processing time. They have to review the stuff, then add it to your file. Takes time and they question why u are sending. We can agree to disagree, not a big deal.

Right now normal Pak cases are getting straight PPR's in 6-8 months so asking for or sending updated communication becomes unnecessary.

I am going to do post on what is a normal Pak case ie one without red flags or complications. A lot of people are panicking for no reason. The spreadsheet is just a microcosm of all the cases being processed. There are hundreds of Pak cases being processed every month.

Along with NADRA marriage certificate and English translation of Urdu Nikah Nama (attested) should we send original Urda Nikah nama or copy will be fine?
