Hello,

my husband's application is in process from december. visa office LVO
we didnt send RPRF yet.
can we send it now or we have to wait till they ask
can I send RPRF on behalf of my husband. I am the sponsor.

Cic hasn't come to dec apps yet.. You have to wait as cic is working on remaining oct and nov 2015 apps..
Rfpr fees are submitted with the initial application or at the last stage of the process when they'll ask for your passport copies then they'll ask you if u have already submitted the fee , if not then u'll pay it at that time..
Mostly spousal apps taking 9-10 months after filing app so calm down and wait for good news...
And the fee is paid by the sponsor.

What steps are you following? Are you putting 2 in the number of applicants? Leave the passport info blank

Yea im putting thr #of applicant r 2 and why I should leave passport info blank?and I can mention app# and UCI#?on the first part i should write (family name) of my wife she is the sponsor basically, And that form to be filled by PR applicant or sponsor?

stay strong my friend, we're almost there. they should get around to us by mid to late august.

i just learned that a nov 25th applicant got a doc request on july 23rd. that's only 1 week away from the day i submitted my wife's app!

This is what i wanted to listen.keep posting something from time to time. the most terrifying thing in this forum is when flx is not sharing any news.

I was locked out multiple times because they couldn't find my application to link. I tried it without the passport number and entered 2 applicants instead of 3 as I have a dependent and it worked.

You can mention File # and UCI # or use name and date of birth. You need to fill out applicant's information. For example: Mr X is a sponsor to Ms. Y. Mr X will enter Ms. Y's information. Mr X will not be entering any of his information.

The form can be filled out by either but only the Applicant's (the person getting sponsored) information.

lol sorry guys. i'm so behind on my work because i've let everything pile up over the past few months, so i'm just trying to catch up .

there's no reason to be. we're so close now .

the only thing i'm not sure about is how reliable MyCIC is. i wonder what doc requests are going to look like for linked applications, because i'm pretty sure i'll be getting one despite having included everything with my app.

I uploaded my additional document request today in my cic. I think its easy there. You just have to upload in submitted application section.

how were you notified of the doc request? did you get an email from LVO or did you get a message in your MyCIC account?

Does CIC return original documents after processing. If so, at what stage does that happen?
