My wifes been living in abu dhabi for last 8 years since her 18th birthday. I applied for her sponsorship in April 2016. We got married in august 2015 in Pakistan. Can you tell me where will the application be processed LVO or Abu dhabi Visa office? Based on the average times i see on this forum, do you guys think that the process will complete by dec 2016 that is approx 8 months

Today i have submitted my passport in Islamabad & they told me that hopefully within 15 days you will receive a call or sms or email from our side to collect your passport.

They give timeframe of 4 weeks which wil end by 6th June, i will wait till then. If nothing happens i will do it.

Yes. Normally ppl get it within 2 weeks

According to Eagle 33 post, there are two lead officer assigned to each file ( ther will be some others too), one in Mississauga and one in Visa office
I received a correspondence from a visa officer, name PLB, so I assume this is the lead officer in LVO assigned to my file Inshallah
Am October 27th applicant by the way!

No idea, this correspondence was regarding change of address, which I notify them on April 8th, 2016, they didn't respond and neither change the address (Ecas still show old address), then I sent an urgent email two weeks ago and today they ask me to resend the new address again, aghhh

Over 80 Days after Interview , No DM yet ... Ordered GCMS note but was not helpful.. I do not know how If I've Passed Interview or not , Being In Anxiety from 80 Days is not a piece of cake , it is Depressing .. At least they should tell me that If my Eligibilty Is Pass.. I was wondering after Interview we will not be in Limbo about Applicant Eligibility but ................... I again Requested GCMS note might be this time I will find something and sent Enquiry about Eligibilty .

I can feel you bro very well! i was waiting 60 days and thanks to allah got DM on 60th day, its all bcz of our local MP he asked timline from vo and based that timeline they made DM and send PPR 4 day later of DM, only your MP should help you bro we can pray only ordering notes and inquiry also not helps, so talk to MP.

20 days over that i also didnt get my passport back, what is happening in visa office ISL this month? really they are too slow as i said one of my friend sent his pp on 5th and got passport back yesterday before 4 weeks completed!
Yours is almost 4 week too inshah allah you will get email tomorrow or day after 100% inshah allah bro.

Hi,

Hopefully you are going to get PPR very soon. I filed my spouse case in Jun 19 and we got PPR on 5 may (in this letter LVO asked him to submit his passport to LVO but we cannt do that as per new Pakistan law) so LVO sent another letter on May 23.
