Hello, hope ya'all are fine.
I am student of Master in Canada my duration of my degree is Jan 2016 - Dec 2017. Since my current status is full time student so I am do part time job 20hr/week. My wife is in Pakistan and unfortunately there is no property etc on her name. What are the steps or easy way to bring her here as someone told me there are two ways. One way is that she should apply for open work permit and the other is visit visa. I was also told that for open work permit there must be some property under her name and account balance as well which she don't have.
FYI: After completing my degree I will get three year work permit in shaa ALLAH. So is it a wise decision to call her right now or should I wait to complete my degree first.
Well my main concern is to bring her here asap.
Thank you for all your healthy comments.

What is your status in Canada? It appears you are not a Canadian citizen or permanent resident?

According to the CIC website, the spouse of someone with a study permit can get an open work permit:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-spouse.asp
To get a visitor visa, she has to provide proof of her ties to her home country, such as proof of employment; proof of a lease, home ownership, or mortgage; proof of savings and investments; anything that might convince the visa officer that she will leave Canada.

Try applying for the work permit then. They are easier to get than a visitor visa for someone from Pakistan.

I don't mean you can get an open work permit. I mean your wife may be able to get one. You are studying in Canada. If you have a valid study permit, your spouse can apply for an open work permit. The CIC website has the forms and explains further:
