I am filling out the IMM5710 Application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a worker form. I am applying for an OWP under the pilot programme.

Do I need to fill out the Details of intended work in Canada?
I do not have an LMIA or an Offer of employment

Please can someone who has gone from an OWP to and OWP tell me what they completed in this form?
