Hi, any idea how long it will take to get the decision letter? It is amost 2 weeks now and still nothing. My lawyer thinks it might be an error, that Cic might not have a decision on file because they have not received anything regarding decision made .

OK, so I asked my lawyer to track the application again today. Everything shows as Completed. Background check and eligibility both Completed March 25th
Does this mean we can expect PPR?

If they have requested that you paid the right to permanent residence fees, then you are likely to have a positive decision. Normally the eligibility and background takes some time to be updated to complete. Expect a passport request given what you have explained

Hi, thank you very much for your response. Rprf was requested and paid January 27th.
My other concern is not receiving Pre arrival letter. I know every communication goes to my lawyer but the office always forward it to me. They have not received it. Does everyone get pre arrival letter?

Depending on the visa office , sometimes one can get pre-arrival , other time that step could be skipped. One thing that cannot be skipped is passport request. This is normally done if they given you a positive decision in respect of eligibility and background completed. So expect a PPR request that is more important

Hi guys, it's been 4weeks since decision made but we have not receive any correspondence. ECAS last line is Medical result received.
I am getting very anxious . Is this normal?
My representative thinks because new tracker still shows progress that decision has not been made so they are not doing a follow up with IRCC.
Please someone will similar experience?

Hi. I understand that this is an old post/thread. I kinda want to know what happened to your application (if its okay). I am in somehow the same situation and will be filing for our application hopefully 1st week of October. Thank you.
