Spousal Sponsorship - LINKING APP TO CIC ACCOUNT???

You can't link it until you receive the acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) email, typically 6-8 weeks after the application was received.This email contains the Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number and the application number (which is shared between sponsor and principal applicant). You're at least 4 weeks away from beng able to link your application online.

In my case, the AOR email came to the principal applicant (me). I assume this is standard.

As i have mentioned that what we need to link??like in my case i dont have any photocopy of my application.

You don't need a photocopy of the application. Roughly 6-8 weeks after the date the application was received you will get an email with the information you need to link your application. Until then, you cannot link your application.
