In your passport request they send you 8 pages pdf file and in this pdf file they give you Appendix B. In this Appendix B you need to fill only Applicant option. In this Appendix B form where they required your ---------

1. Family name

2. Given name

3. Date of birth

4. Place of birth

5. Citizenship

6. Gender

7. Passport number

8. Passport expire

9. Height (cm)

10. Eye colour

11. your phone number and email address

12. How would you like us to return your passport? (Please tick)

In this option you tick -----Canada visa Applicant Centre


Fill the form and submit it with this PDF file.

Hello Sam,

Waiting, waiting and waiting for the passport. It passed already 1 month but still show “Under Process”. Everything is going very well. We both get our passport request very quick but it is a long time no news for our passport. I think I will mail Singapore 12 days later for my passport return purpose. Really it is frustrating Sam.

What is your opinion?

This is the current status showing when I track my application through VFS:

"Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 14/06/2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre. You will get SMS & Email when your Decision will receive at Canada Visa application centre where it was submitted."


So I guess you will get the same update shortly after and by end of this week or early next week we should be able to pick up the passport.

sorry for the late reply after one month i got a letter from svo that im on intervw Q.and i wait almost 4 month after that i got a another letter from svo ,that my intrvew is 20th of june so im preparing my intrw now its next monday in kuala lumpur arround 8.00am ...what is your current status now . if there is anything let me know . and pray for me

I applied in Feb 2016 and was forwarded to SVO April 2016. Have not received any correspondence since.

4 months is not a long time to have to wait but I pray that you will be successful in your interview

Nice to hear this. My passport status is still “Under Process”. Don’t know when I get my passport. It is really frustrating. I call VFS but they did not know anything about my passport.

Finally........

They sent your passport back. You will get your passport back in 2-3 days. Same message my wife had when she applied for Visit visa and they dispatched the passport from Singapore to Dhaka. Your passport is on its way. After you get the message it takes 2-3 days maximum to reach Dhaka VFS office. You will receive your passport in a Sealed envelope which only you are allowed to open and see it. So Congrats

VFS office never know anything about passport. Their job is only to take your passport and deliver your passport. For privacy reason the Passport will come back in a sealed Envelope so no one is allowed to open it except you. It also says if seal is broken do not accept it. lol. You should get it soon. On the top of that you are not going before September. So relax

You take everything with you to the VFS, they will sort it out. That is why you are paying them. Thats what we did...

A piece of advice. Dont worry too much about every little thing. It will be hard for you to survive in Canada if you worries like that. Please enjoy these few remaining days in back home and start to calm yourself down. The hard part is over. Now its time to rise and shine and be successful here in Canada. So please, dont unnecessarily stressed out...

Hello javed,

You only need your photo envelope. You need white envelope because in your photo envelope you need to write your name and application number. Bring your all documents in a file. When you go to VFS they will give you envelop for your passport and PDF file.
