Hello Hasan,

Can you share your application Status? If you click what you see in it? In your application status they update your interview correspondence date. Did your interview email date and update correspondence interview date same?

I never ask you to share your application status I just want to make sure that the visa office update juwelsingh interview correspondence. I think the visa office update juwelsingh interview correspondence. What your opinion?

In my ECas languages are similar to you.

Last two sentences include:

1) Sent letter on Apr.13 (informing date of interview scheduled on May 08).
2) Sent correspondence (by email) on May 18 for re medical & payment of RPRF.

No more correspondence or update.

Are you sure that they used the word "decision communicated" in Juel's Ecas?

Since his status is showing "in process" and his interview will be held on June 10, I think nothing to worry at this moment ...everything is depending on outcome of the forthcoming interview.

In my case I see that when visa office email me any purpose and later they update the correspondence.

I know it June 1, 2016 they update correspondence and they email you 19 may, 2016 about your interview. The two dates are different. Read carefully this line------------

1. If visa office made your decision why they send you interview email.

2. The medical and police clearance expire after one year later and may be they send you interview letter after 8 month later that’s mean your medical is not expire. if your medical and police clearance are not expire and the visa office made any decision that’s mean they do not required your medical and police clearance. If they send you passport request correspondence why your application status still “IN PROCESS”.

3. The visa office already sends you interview date. In this stage why they waived your interview.


If you have any doubt about this correspondence you can email Singapore that they send you June 1, 2016 correspondence and you did not get that. The visa office replies you within 7 days. Your interview is very near and I think don’t waste your time be prepare for your interview.

Your case is very straight forward and I think everything will be goes very well in your case.

I forget to write you one thing recently you got your interview email then how can you miss 1 June 2016 correspondence. I think visa office all the time correspondence applicant email. So I do not think you miss that correspondence.

After my re medical request I change my email address through ECAS and the visa office change my email address within 3 days and after 11 days later I got my passport request in my new email address.

I think there is no chance to miss any email. But if you have still any doubt please email Singapore about this correspondence.

After 30 days you can send a reminder by email.

I remember I got one note after 45 days....

Can you please tell me how long after SVO received your application that you got the interview queue letter?

Did they email it or mail it to you?

Did your ECAS say that they sent you a letter/correspondence?

2.We started processing your application on August 6, 2014.

3.We sent you correspondence on August 6, 2014 about the decision on your application.

My application name is” Permanent Residence Application”


Permanent Residence Application

1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 11, 2014.

2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 8, 2014.

3.We started processing your application on September 8, 2014.

4.Medical results have been received.

I think they update your wife (Sponsorship Application) .you mention that-----“ when i click sponsorship application status i see this—

“ We sent you correspondence on June 1, 2016 about the decision on your application.)..

My husband got the same update and my husband application name is sponsorship application and my application name is permanent residence Application.

You mention that in your sponsorship application you see-----------“ We sent you correspondence on June 1, 2016 about the decision on your application”.

It means that the visa office approved your wife application (sponsorship Application). Sometime the visa office refuses sponsor application but in your wife case they approved your wife application. That’s why visa office update the decision made correspondence.

In my husband application they update his sponsorship application -------“We sent you correspondence on August 6, 2014 about the decision on your application.”

I think you do not worry about anything and relax. You must attend your interview and be prepare for your interview. Best of luck.

The visa office sends my husband “Decision Made” letter but my husband does not get it yet. It doesn’t matter you get it or not. The main thing that your wife sponsorship application is approves.

So you don’t need to get panic if your wife does not get the “Decision Made” letter. Generally the visa office does not email it. The visa office posts the letter.
