Hello everyone,
My interview is on 21st feb.
can i apply gsms notes now and how long it takes to get them?
Please suggest me what documents should i take with me.
My wife is 2 year younger than me,same religion,love cum arrange merriage
We were in relationship from 8-9 years and then married in 2015.
I am in Aus holding work permit.
My wife came to visit me on 8th November and she is still here with me.Should i take here with me to an interview??
I applied for manitobha PNP and it was refused at an initial stage.
Any help will be much appreciated.

GCMS note is you personal request to CIC. But you need to do all this thing. Hope it will help you.

GCMS note is very important. I will tell you how you can get your GCMS note. GCMS note cost 5 Canadian dollar only if you hire a lawyer for your GCMS note he or she will cost 50 Canadian Dollar.

Generally you need to fill up a from name IMM 5744E. pdf. There you see Section A -1. In section A- 1 there you need to fill up applicant full name, given name, date of birth and applicant signature. In this form you see section C -3 there you need to fill up sponsor full name, given name, and email address and in the sectionC- 4 you need to tick email option.

Most of the applicants are outland that’s why applicant needs to fill the form and the applicant can scan it and send to the sponsor email address. Because when any sponsor wants to get the GCMS note he or she needs this form.

The other thing the sponsor will fill up the web form to get the GCMS note. When he or she fills this web form she needs to tick the electronic papers option. If anyone chose the electronic paper option in this form he or she will get his or her full application update or what happen to his or her application within 30 days.

When you fill up the IMM 5744E.pdf than you need to fill the web form. Here the link of web form

Your case seems straight forward and I think the officer will ask your Indian and Australian life and your wife Canadian life and her parents detail. Your application story is important because most of the question immigration officer ask you from your application story. In your interview letter the visa office required you some documents and you must bring it with you.
If any question you have in your mind you can question me.

GCMS note takes 30 days. If you apply today you will get 25 February ,2016.

you don write your story detail and it is difficult to write what question the immigration officer will ask you.If you have problem to write in this form you can PM me.

Do your interview in AUS or India? If you take your wife with you in the interview day may be the immigration officer will take your wife interview and in this situation cross check is must. In my case I took my father with my interview day and the officer took my father interview and cross check with me with my father. If your wife knows you very well than you can take your wife with you. But if you are both in same country and your wife not go with you in this situation the interview day the immigration officer will ask you ---“she is right now AUS but why she not come with you?

Do your interview in AUS or India? If you take your wife with you in the interview day may be the immigration officer will take your wife interview and in this situation cross check is must. In my case I took my father with my interview day and the officer took my father interview and cross check with me with my father. If your wife knows you very well than you can take your wife with you. Yes i am also thinking that if i do not take her with me its negative point.
Yeah! She knows me very well as i said we are together from 9 years.
But, i dnt know what can happen in an interview.
They have written in interview letter that my sponsor doesn't need to be interviewed evryone has to wait in the foyer.
And please advise me that should i update her address or something that she's in here or they know it already??

As you understand, immigration rules of Canada are pretty straight forward, you must come back at your earliest to be reunited with your family in Canada and find out your next occupation eventually. If you don't find a job, you have other self employment choices including starting your own business.

I don't think it will help...The MP simply sends a request to their call office and they will give you a generic answer. Basically there are 3 reasons for requiring interviews:

1) to confirm the genuineness of the relationship
2) to address any inconsistencies in the information provided in the application
3) if they feel like it

The best way to get clues as to why they have requested an interview is to order GCMS notes and look for the officer comments on the file. But this takes 30 days.

my interview is in four weeks and i live in aus now.
My wife came here to visit me and still living with me.But, i didi not update to canada immigration that she is here.
Do we need to update it and if yes than how can i do it?
They clearly mentioned that my sponsor doesn't need to attend an interview but still they don't have her Australian contact informations.
What should i do?
