Hi all, i am an inland applicant too. Mine was received on 16 May and i received the schedule A and PCC request on 13, June after i linked my account online. I met an issue of Schedule A, which is after i validated the form (2017-06 Version), it showed validate Yes, then i saved it. But when i reopened this form, it showed validate No. I tried different computers and versions of adobe, still has this problem. So i want to ask anybody has this problem too? how do you solve it?
And, do i need to submit a Canadian PCC as well?

Thank you very much.
I had the exact same issue as you! It's an issue only in the newest version (JUNE 2017) [06-2017] of the form. This is what I noticed:
When you fill in the form for the first time and you validate, it validates successfully and the box changes to Yes. And then you save it, it stays as Yes. BUT if you close it and open it after saving, it says No, and if you click validate again, despite saying validation successful, it stays at No and never changes to Yes.

What I did was, I filled it out, validated it, it said Yes, I saved it and just uploaded it without opening. I'm hoping that will be okay. The thing is, if it isn't validated properly, it shows red boxes around the errors, and actually doesn't let you save anyway. So the fact that your submission shows no red boxes means it's validated, hopefully that should be enough for IRCC. Since there's no barcodes, it's not too big of a deal. Fingers crossed when they open it it says Yes.

So far they haven't rejected it. I'm May 16 too, I uploaded it on June 12 (same day I got AOR). Background check still says Not applicable on my MyCIC account but if it changes to in process that means they accepted it and there's no issue. I'd love to bring this to their attention though.

Hey. I"ve wondering how serious it is to not include a translation for a birth certificate and citizenship card. I sent our PR package in May 28. I'm worried because my husband's IEC runs out July 27 so we don't have much wiggle room for my errors and if I have made an error how to remedy it so he stays "in-status"

Unfortunately very serious. I've known of a few cases where applications were returned for no translation for birth certificates. And not just any translations, you need certified translations from a CIC approved translator. :/ Unfortunately if you didn't include them, it'll most likely be returned. See below:

It also says that on the document checklist in "Part B - Supporting Documents".

I kinda assumed so much... I wonder if I should try calling again...? Or wait for the forms to come back? I Really feel the time crunch.

Hi everyone, Thanks for all who has been actively helping in these forums as its already helped me a lot reading through the threads (and saved me $ as i'm going to be doing applications myself).

I recently got married (last week) and have applied to get my marriage certificate to start the PR application for my wife. I am a Canadian citizen whereas my wife was an international student (from China) working via the Post-Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWPP). Her work permit expires in August of this year.

My initial thought was to submit her PR application with an open work permit request but is there anything I should be aware of or can "extend" her PGWPP that will allow her to work continuously while we wait for PR?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your time
welcome @bluephil17 submitting an owp with your pr app would be the correct action because i don't hink pgwps are extendable unless she was supposed to be given a longer validity but her passport expiry limited it.

they only need birth certificate of PA and family members, not sponsor's

Thank you very much Aacon! i may do the same way as you did too. :)
By the way, did you mail your Canadian PCC ?
Seems shazahsan answered your question as well, hope yours go through well!

Yes, I mailed to the same address as we sent applications, both of Canadian PCC and one from my home country as required on June 2nd.
Still no change on my CIC account status though. I'll wait and see for now...

No. The sponsor doesn't need to submit a birth certificate. It will be all family members that are part of the PR application. ie: children or other dependents. I think that form is also used on other types of PR applications so it is worded in the most general sense possible.

If certificates were submitted without a translation from a CIC approved translator and a certified copy of the original, it will definitely be returned.
