Spousal Sponsorship - IMM5406&5669 - Who should fill these two forms?

Hey All,

I am quite confused here.

In the complete guide -

its given that these two forms IMM 5406 and IMM 5669 should only be filled by the Applicant.

But if you actually open the forms, its given that - "The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable)" should fill out a copy of the form

Which is the correct instruction?

5406 is for the principal applicant PLUS all others family members who are coming with PA or NOT. BUT here also write name of spouse AND drop down,Marital stalus: married >>>>>"Physically Present" but only PA signs this.
Schedule A - Background I Declaration imm5669 also is ONLY for PA not for SPONSOR, this Q was asked be4 too.
They should clarify that right on the Forms. Also ONE thing missing on the FORM;--P.A. MUST sign in ink to the right side of PRINTED NAME of PA . We noticed many applications were returned for NOT signing here AND sadly it is not written on the form to sign but to type the name, however GUIDE tells U to sign in ink as well. Hope your confusion is OVER by now
