Spousal Sponsorship (Imm 5532/1344) - signature and date query..Pl help

Hi, can someone please help with this question:

My wife signed and dated the forms and mailed it to me (except for my sign and date in form 1344 and 5532) but I have missed sending application due to my down health. I am hoping to send the app in the next few days.

Please advise what do I do. Should I ask her to mail me new forms with fresh date? Or is it ok if I sign forms with the date of sending the application?

Is it ok to have two different dates on the forms?

I guess it depends on how long you have procrastinated for. If its relatively close it would be ok. But if not forms are updated all the time and the forms she sent you may have been replaced on CIC.there is also a 90day staledated rule where signatures cant be older then 90days..

I hope your not in too much trouble with your wife.. my hubby knows I would be mad lol

Haha. Thanks so much. It's just a week. I was quite worried if we can have different dates on one form as she has signed it back home and mailed it to me for sign. I appreciate you helping solve my concern.
