Spousal Sponsorship From Pakistan 2015 Applicant / Canada Whats Wrong with yyou

Hi Everyone,

My wife sponsored me from Canada in family class sponsorship, I have visited CIC website a month ago london visa office was showing processing time of 11 months , BUT now it is showing 27 months what the hell is this..

2- My wife was off welfare a yearr ago and they sent her a letter that you are in eligible because you are in reciept of social assistance WHICH she is not she was working full time as security officer in the same welfare office, she went to the office explained the situation to the welfare office staff and the reply she got was amazing that you name was not removed from the recipents data base and now we have terminated your name from thee welfare recipent list, and then they gave her a letter refering to imigration that she is not on any welffare only her name was still in the database. I dont know whats wrong with entire canada how dificult it is to be separate from your wife...

I feel your pain! I have just now posted a topic/post related to this.

That sucks that her name was not taken off all this time but now that it has, she can apply!

The processing times for LVO is now 29 months I reckon, according to CIC website.That is OUTRAGEOUS! I am very upset after hearing these news. May Allah grant us all with patience in these hard times!

Which province your wife is from?
The social assistance system is messed up in Ontario.

Those processing times are based on stats from the previous 12 months and they have been largely distorted because of a backlog of old case files transferred from ISB that have been closed at LVO.
In 2006 processing time in ISB was 8 months and New Delhi was 5 months.

There's lots of things wrong with Canada. I suggest you don't move here.

My wife is from Ottawa ontario and the system really sucks over there, I am feeling good in Pakistan because i live in a joint family system here, but my wife is all alone over there, and the most funny part is that she works in the welfare office as a security officer, they still forwarded my file to london visa office, and we geathered up all the letters from welfare office that could prove that she is not on welfare, we also forward that letter to LVO but still we dont have any reply, my wwife and I are left with so much grief that they have increased the time from 11 to 29 months and also they got an excuse to reject my application...

I think cic .ca gonna mad unhoone toh meri shaadi jhooti bol di hai aur app log time ka bol rahey ho guys mere toh case hi reject ho gya hai aur meri beta citizenholder aur uska passport b aah gya please suggested me why i do next

I got this letter from London Visa office Yesteday.

Please be aware that in order to complete your RCMP background checks, it is necessary for you to provide a full set of fingerprints taken and certified by your local police. This is at the request of the RCMP. Fingerprints are to be obtained and forwarded to them directly to determine whether you do, in fact, have a record. Please refer to RCMP WEBSITE for full instructions.

Fingerprints taken by private or commercial agencies are not acceptable. Any costs which may be associated with this are your responsibility. You may want to show the police officer taking your fingerprints a copy of this email.

Once a full set of fingerprints has been obtained, please mail them along with a copy of this correspondence to:
