Good day to everyone reading!

On form IMM5669, my wife needs to list all of her personal history for the past 10 years. In these past ten years, she has vacationed quite a bit (1 or 2 week periods). She was always employed or a student during these short vacations.

My first question - do these short trips need to be listed as part of her personal history? Or is it safe not to include them?

My second question - while trying to find an answers to my previous question, discussions in older threads from past years mention a supplementary form for travel details. Whilst going through the Canada.ca website to get the application package, I do not see this form anywhere. Am I missing something, or is that not required anymore?

She is living with me in Canada as a temporary resident (visitor visa), Ukrainian citizen. Inland sponsorship route.

I appreciate the assistance. Thank you!

you may ignore those 1 or 2 week periods short vacations while she was employed or a student.

supplementary form is only required if its listed in your country specific requirements......otherwise, you don't need it.

check.....country specific requirements under......What country does the person being sponsored reside in.....Get your checklist, forms and instructions
