Good Day guys. Need some help regarding on Schedule A Background Dec. My husband lives in PH and he's working on a Cruise Line. Do you have any idea on filling up the Q#6 and #10? They usually worked there for 6-8months and a Vacation for 6-8 weeks. Any advice in filling up those Questions? Thanks.

Im in the same case and this is what i did ( thanks to some of the serniors here at the forum ) . check your husband's sign on and sign off date carefully and fill up the form according to the dates . try to mention exactly the periods that your husband enjoyed his vacations . i put the city of homeport for city/ country , status in the country should be seaman and name of the cruise line . that is all i could recall now . good luck

In status of the country, there is no such option to put seaman other than "other". do you think that would suffice the immigration? thanks for the info.

Yes . " other " is what i filled in and i think there is column for you to write the job which you do in the country that i wrote seaman .

oh ok. What if the ship transferred to different homeport? like from L.A moving to port of Vancouver? Will he put the address which he join the ship?
