Hi everyone,
My husband and I got married inside Canada but we live in different provinces. He lives in Montreal and he is on a close work visa which means he is unable to change an employer at the moment. I am a teacher in Ontario, recently became permanent staff and reconsidering my work location isn't ideal for the time being. However my spouse will be having more opportunities and options in Ontario. I want to sponsor him but I keep hearing about mutual address and bank accounts. We can prove mutual bank accounts but a mutual address? Is proof of same address crucial for our situation if we can prove that for anything else (besides the address), we truly want to reunite and finally start our marriage life together? Thank you for your time!
