Hi everybody.
Looking for advice in this situation:
Male had a student visa which was expired since 2015 July.
Female is PR.
Couple got married in May, 2015 and applied for PR spousal sponsorship application (before student visa get expired) , male also applied for work permit and got it for two years (until Nov, 2017). Also they got new born babe in Canada (2016).
Today they received letter from CIC that they PR spousal sponsorship application was rejected due male address (which was provided in application) before married and after was in different compare female address.
Unfortunately I am not sure why they provided different address and if its only one reason for refuses the application.
Please advice: is male still have legal status in Canada (due his work permit still valid) and they can apply for sponsorship again or he must leave Canada?
Thanks,
Regards,
DHudson.
