Apologies if this not in the correct thread, however i am seeking some advice on my new application for myself and children. My husband is about to begin the process of filing for spousal/family sponsorship.
We are planning to move back next year around august if possible.
- He is a Canadian citizen
- I am Australian Citizen. - I previously lived in Canada on working visa for 3 years.
- Married in Jamaica 2016
- Both our children have been born and raised in Australia.
- We plan to apply from Australia.
What i am wanting to know is:
How do we demonstrate intent to return back to Canada? We will be living with his parents when we first get back and have not yet started looking for employment as its too far out as yet.
How does he satisfy the Canadian government that he can financially support us?
Do you have any tips or hints? Anything i can get help or advice on i would be really appreciative of.
