Spousal Sponsorship 2018 OWP

Hi there,

I have applied for INLAND spousal sponsorship with an Open Work Permit included..

Not sure if anyone has asked this question.... probably have.. just wanting to know what is going on and really what I should be waiting on now,

My current timeline is:

- Applied on 16th March 2018
- Application arrived at CPC Mississauga on 21st March 2018
- Application received AOR status on 17th of April

Now am unsure what is happening I have linked my account and it says eligibility is processing and same with application is in process,

How far away is my OWP?

The OWP takes around 4 months, so expect it in July, maybe June if you're lucky.

I've seen everyone lately getting them around 2 month mark why do you say 4 months.

The average time is 3-4 months based on all of the threads here. Not sure where you're getting 2 months from.

Some have received them at around the two month mark. Most are still waiting 3-4 months.

It's definitely not everyone lately. Most from January and February are still waiting. Sometimes, applicants will receive them in a couple of months but the majority of individuals will receive them in 3 to 4 months.We know this because applicants track their data in spreadsheets.
