Now taking 4 - 10 weeks to get AOR1.

Things happen relatively quickly at first and then slow down a lot and you don’t hear anything for months. Keep in mind that the goal is 12 months. Depending on where you are from applications can be faster or slower. Applications for the US, Australia/NZ, most European countries, and a few more are generally faster unless their are some red flags. Applications from Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and some other countries tend to lake longer on average.
