Spousal sponsership After interview

Hey
I applied for sponsership in 2016 August.
Had an interview April 2018.
The interview went very well and they were convinced of our relationship.
The agent told me to keep checking my email for further process.
2 days after the interview I received this email for welcome to Canada package and links to free service I can use when I come to Canada. And it says this to help you to prepare yourself to come to Canada.
Can someone please help me that what's going on and why they haven't asked for my passport instead I received this email to the links of welcome package of Canada

Congrats! Your PPR should be coming soon, they send the pre-arrival services letter a bit early usually, it could be a few days or a few weeks until you get the PPR. See this post: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/pre-arrival-services-letter.544568/
