Spousal sponorship second time

So My ex wife got her PR on 10/1/2018 , so I am unable to sponsor my new wife until 10/1/2021 , and then it will take another year if it is an outland sponsorship. Now my question is , if she comes in May 2021 on a TRV , and then once the 6 months is up , I can do an inland sponsorship will that work .

It will be difficult being without my wife , as she will be outside Canada , is there anyway she can come visit , or possibly visit and find a job and stay here on a work visa , or would you advise for her to apply to a job in Canada from outside ?

You've asked this question once already and the answer is the same.

To get a job she will need an LMIA and a work permit. If she qualifies for express entry she could try that too.

Sponsoring a second wife immediately upon the expiry of the three year period will look extremely suspicious to IRCC. Your file will be reviewed very closely.
