What kind of documents does he need to send e to complete the application? I just wan to be sure I'm not missing anything.

I know he needs his, - Health Report
- Police Clearance
- Passport
- Nationality card (Translated in English)
- 16 photos of self

Does he need his Birth Certificate?
Things I need to submit with the application:
-Marriage Certificate (stamped and Notarized by Canadian Embassy and Municipality where we got married)
- Wedding photos (signing and evening wedding party)
- Birth Certificates of babies and myself
-Airline tickets (visits)
- Western union transfers (showing support)

Am I missing anything else? All my answers are "NO" to the questionnaire of assessment of under taking as a Sponsor Applicant

Which country are you sponsoring your husband from? There should be a country specific guideline showing any additional documents he may need to include. The country specific guideline will mention if he needs to include a birth certificate, or any other national identity documents.

Besides the proof that you are married (your marriage certificate) all you need to include is proof of relationship, and proof of communication. Proof of relationship can be whatever you like (wedding photos, photos from vacations, proof of financial support, as you mentioned). Since it seems as though you have children together, this is pretty good proof already. Sounds like you are good to go as far as that's concerned.

If you are not living together in the same place, you'll need to include proof of communication as well.. skype/chat/emails/etc

It looks like he will need to include a birth certificate which shows his parents names. He'll also need to include his "family list" or "family book" (apparently called "Kashf El Ahl") and proof of military status (completion or exemption). Also included in the country specific manual is a form he needs to fill out detailing his travel history.

And of course, don't forget to translate all those
