HI,

I am on PGWP till October 2017 and my profile is in Express Entry. We have tried for my husband three times before - 2 times his visitor visa got refused and his owp application got refused one.

This time, we consulted an immigration consultant and we have applied for owp a fourth time. They have asked for his medical. I want to know if this is a positive sign and if yes, how long would it take for him to get OWP ?

Please advise,

Yes its positive sign. 99% chances they will approved if medical passed.

yep its positive sign. Can you share your timeline and documents?

Thank you... We submitted the application on 12th Sep, and we got the medical request on 27th Sep.

We submitted:

1. My work permit
2. Marriage certificate
3. offer letter
4. T-4 documents
5. Mine and his bank statements
6. Cover letter explaining our situation

My CRS score is 463, I hope i get the ITA soon as well, considering they are going to send more invites soon... Can I expect to get an ITA this year ? (I know nothing can be said definitively, but per your understanding..?)

Thanks

I just received my PGWP about 2 months ago. I still not start collect information regarding PR because I need to work for 1 year as you know otherwise I will be happy to share information. You can post your question or get information on http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-expression-of-interest-b54.0/ or http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/skilled-worker-professional-immigration-b4.0/
Anyway your spouse will be with you shortly and that's a great news. Good luck.
and Can you tell me which immigration consultant you are going thought?

Hello everyone
I have a question if anyone can help me.
I applied for an open work permit (extension) from inside Canada in mid August, on the basis of my spouse.
I applied through mail.
Now that i have seen there is a big difference between the application submitted through mail(110 Days) and online(34 Days).
I was wondering If i can withdraw my application and instead apply online?
I called cic the the agent said that I can withdraw but it might delay my next application.
Can anyone help me through their experience?
What should I do?
As I have to travel so I really want my application to be processed asap.

Thank you so much.

Thank you... Yes, Im looking forward to that...

I submitted it through Rahul Saxena, he is a certified consultant.. I can share his contacts if you would want..
