Spousal open work permit

hello
I’m international student about to graduate from uottawa. Soon get work permit. I just want open work permit for my wife as well.
She lives outside canada. My questions are:
1. What is the procedure to apply open work permit using my work permit ID- as a dependent.
2. Is she needs to give ielts, as she is applying on my work permit.

well it depends on if ur a student? if ur a student then http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-spouse.asp
but if u have a work permit then u need a job in NOC 0,A,B for ur spouse to get a work permit

Hello
I'm about to graduate in Dec 2017 and my study permit expire at 31st January 2018.
according to cic we need to apply for work permit at least 30 days before study permit expires.
so should i need to apply for extending study permit because if in case i get the degree by Dec 15 or later.
