Spousal Open Work Permit

Hello,
Okay so we sent in our In-Land Family sponsorship application May 2015, and didn't think to send in a OWP application with it. I am a Canadian citizen, how would we go about getting my spouse an OWP. I've looked on the CIC site but none of them lead me the proper way.

You have to pay $255 and send it to Vegreville - take a look at this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/updates/2014/2014-12-22.asp
It's good to include a cover letter with your application number and UCI.
