Spousal open work permit/Failure of Marriage

hi! Can someone give me advice regarding my situation here in canada..
i came here last year under spousal open work permit, so my work permits validity is the same as my partners work permits validity..4 months after we got separated because of third party
my partner said that he will not gonna renew my work permit when he renew his own work permit and if he will apply for PR he will not also accompany me under his application.
my open work permit will expire next year.. what would be the best thing that i need to do to stay here without his control or not to be under his work permit? can i apply for a close work permit from open work? since my current employer is willing to give me an LMO would there be no conflict if i apply for a close work permit?

Get an LMO and apply for a closed work permit.

Have your employer apply for an LMO and make sure you submit the application before your open work permit expires. You can look for skilled job as well such as cook, baker , food supervisor (with LMO) etc. so you can apply for permanent residence on your own after 2 years of continuous work
