Spousal open work permit and study permit for minors from outside Canada

Applying for spousal open work permit from outside of Canada through GcKey along with study permit for minors, where to upload spouse's (one in canada on work permit TEER 2) supporting documents? GcKey did not ask anything about the spouse in Canada, not even a relationship proof. Only asking for principal applicant and minors documents. is this normal?

Add in client information, with a cover letter.

1. Work/Study Permit of Spouse in Canada
2. Employment Letter
3. T4 or pay stubs
4. Medical coverage for family if provided by employer
5. Bank statements of Spouse in Canada
