Spousal open work permit after post 19 march 2024

Hello everyone! I tried apply for SOWP today 2024 April 25, and the questionnaire outcome said I am not eligible. My husband is studying in University of Ottawa Masters in Engineering and has Study Permit untill Dec 2025..,,,,has anyone tried lately for SOWP...please reply

I am also looking for an answer to this. My husband is studying a 2 year masters at Dalhousie University Nova Scotia, with his study permit also due in 2025. Its surprising for the system to say I am not eligible for SOWP.

I am proceeding with the form, if I say yes to the question " If your spouse applying for Post study work visa?" the algorithm lets you file the form. Lets see what happens
